AI Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to drive the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) into enterprise applications and software development processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI technologies, Microsoft cloud platforms, and enterprise application integration, along with the ability to guide an Agile/Scrum development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI solutions to improve software development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Design and integrate AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and APIs.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and automation to improve SDLC, quality engineering, and DevOps processes.
• Establish reusable technical solutions and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to the development team.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, reliability, and maintainability standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing or integrating AI/GenAI solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI integration.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based application development.
• Proficiency in Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and applying automation or AI across at least two SDLC areas.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications or professional training in Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, AI, or cloud architecture.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, and Cognitive Services.
