Role Overview

The role will support business readiness and change adoption across multiple site deployments, working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and operational leaders. This is an initial one-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Requirements:

• Strong change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, and adoption support.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility with operational leaders and frontline teams.

• Experience supporting multi-site project or technology implementations.

• Willingness and ability to travel to various locations as required.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams and business stakeholders.
