Senior Business AnalystHybrid
Contract
Duration: 12 months
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise ERP/EAM transformation. This role will focus on business requirements, solution design, data migration and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Document business and functional requirements for ERP/EAM solutions.
- Support data migration, system integration and testing activities.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years with Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo (SaaS).
- Experience delivering at least one large-scale ERP/EAM implementation, from design through testing and deployment.
- Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data migration, integration requirements and system testing.
Nice to Have: Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
