The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver practical solutions using Lean principles, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current-state processes, identify pain points, and develop Lean-aligned future-state designs.
  • Translate process designs into detailed requirements, user stories, specifications, business rules, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions, process mapping, and requirements validation.

  • Support rapid prototyping and iterative build-test-refine cycles.

  • Prepare process documentation, knowledge articles, user guides, and change adoption materials.
  • Support privacy, security, risk, and governance reviews for proposed digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and requirements.
  • Support knowledge transfer, implementation, and ongoing process improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of five years of business analysis experience.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and validation across business and technical teams.
  • Lean Green Belt certification or equivalent practical experience in process improvement.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with an iterative, solution-focused approach.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled solutions, automation, integrations, and low-code/no-code tools, including human oversight and exception handling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, security, risk, and governance.
