Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist – AI Transformation

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior OCM Specialist to lead change management strategies for enterprise-wide technology, digital, and AI transformation initiatives, driving organizational readiness, employee adoption, and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop OCM strategies, roadmaps, communication plans, and adoption initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts across teams, roles, and processes.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce transformation, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives, including training, change champion networks, and reinforcement strategies.
• Define adoption metrics and develop reusable change management frameworks and toolkits.
• Promote responsible AI practices and employee readiness for emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, HR, or a related field.
• Recognized OCM certification, such as Prosci ADKAR or CCMP, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of recent OCM experience supporting enterprise-wide technology, digital, business, or AI transformations.
• Experience leading at least one enterprise AI or GenAI transformation across multiple lifecycle phases.
• Strong executive advisory, stakeholder management, communication, and resistance management skills.
• Knowledge of OCM methodologies, AI adoption strategies, and responsible AI principles.
