Business Systems Developer

Location: Montreal, QC
Contract: 12 months, potential extension
Work Arrangement: Onsite, 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)
Experience: 3+ years
Language: French & English required

Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Developer to develop, enhance, and support custom business applications. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing new features, troubleshooting existing systems, and collaborating with business analysts and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web Forms.
• Build web interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and React.
• Develop REST APIs, business logic, and database solutions using SQL.
• Perform testing, debugging, application support, and performance improvements.
• Use Git/GitLab and participate in CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and document technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant software/business systems development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Assets: VB.NET, Excel VBA, React, UML, Windows Server/IIS, ERP, MES, PLM, Quality, or supply chain systems.
