Partner Account Executive Overview In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and strategic partners to drive revenue through co-selling, joint go-to-market initiatives, and long-term account expansion. You will build trusted relationships across partner organizations and enterprise clients, positioning our consulting services to solve complex business challenges.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships that drive new and expanded consulting opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, partner sales teams, and delivery leaders to position and sell our consulting services
  • Identify, develop, and close joint sales opportunities across enterprise accounts through partner-led and co-sell motions
  • Analyze partner and customer landscapes to proactively identify high-value, multi-functional consulting needs
  • Expand existing enterprise relationships by aligning consulting services to evolving customer and partner objectives
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets tied to partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline
  • Represent the firm in executive-level meetings, partner events, and on-site client engagements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), with a focus on partner-driven metrics
  • Actively participate in partner enablement, training, and joint GTM initiatives to strengthen technical and industry knowledge
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and clients by understanding business goals, decision-making processes, and organizational dynamics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling IT or professional services in an Account Executive, Account Management, or Partner/Alliance role
  • Experience selling or co-selling consulting services across one or more of the following areas: o Content Services o Custom Development o Creative Services o SharePoint Services o Infrastructure o Data & Analytics o Marketing Services
  • Proven success selling into brand-name, enterprise-level accounts through relationship-based and solution-oriented sales motions
  • Experience managing partner-influenced revenue and tracking pipeline through CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a consultative, solution-based sales approach in partnership-driven environments
  • Expert-level presentation, negotiation, and financial acumen, with the ability to engage effectively at executive levels
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $80,000-$120,000 (dependent on experience) + commission
