Salesforce Consultant – Loyalty & Data Cloud
Location: Hybrid role with on-site presence in Los Angeles, CA (approximately 2–3 days every 2 weeks)
Engagement: Full-time consultant, contract
Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management and Data Cloud to support the design, rollout, and optimization of Skechers’ loyalty program.
This role will involve unifying customer data across channels, configuring program rules and tiers, and ensuring seamless integration with existing POS (point of sale), ecommerce, and marketing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Salesforce Loyalty Management (Programs, Members, Tiers, Transaction Journals, Ledgers).
- Implement Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, including ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation across Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Design and support integrations with key external systems (POS, ecommerce, ERP, marketing platforms).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flows where customization is required.
- Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and agile ceremonies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Admin/Developer in enterprise environments. Loyalty management experience mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management, including configuration of programs, tiers, members, and transaction tracking (Journals, Ledgers).
- Proficiency with Salesforce Data Cloud, particularly in data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and products, including:
- Marketing Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Commerce Cloud
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems (e.g., POS, ecommerce platforms, ERP, marketing platforms) using tools like Mulesoft, APIs, or middleware.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce development, including:
- Apex programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flow automation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments, participating in ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
$125,000-$150,000
