Currently the PMO is in search of a motivated and performance-driven Project Manager to join our team! The Program Manager will operate as a key team member for program execution, stakeholder coordination, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

Support Management

  • Provide timely and proactive support for inquiries and escalations.
  • Track, triage, and drive resolution of escalations with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Document key decisions and actions in ROB meetings to track approvals, ensure decision consistency, monitor precedent, and identify escalation trends.

Change Management

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of program policies and ongoing changes.
  • Translate program and policy shifts into clear guidance for the field and partners.
  • Support internal alignment and readiness through creation of content (e.g., PPT, FAQs, internal resource documents).
  • Engage directly with field and partners to drive clarity as needed.

Data Reporting Influence

  • Partner with reporting teams to escalate and track resolution of data discrepancies.
  • Ensure consistency across dashboards and reports by flagging issues and coordinating with data teams for resolution.
  • Influence reporting priorities by articulating operational and field impact.

Accrual Management

  • Support monthly accrual tracking with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Leverage data insights from reporting to support monthly accrual submissions and analysis.
  • Flag risks when discrepancies arise.

Partner Performance and Management

  • Use existing reports to assess partner performance against program requirements (e.g., conversion rate, engagement volume).
  • Support identification of high-performing, at-risk, and low-performing partners.
  • Surface insights to help inform program evolution and partner engagement strategies.

Program Insights

  • Consolidate trends from field and partner feedback to highlight program gaps, friction points, and areas of success.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve policy, engagement, and partner experience.
  • Support documentation of pain points and proposed solutions.

Go-to-Market (GTM), Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support development of internal and external communications including program overviews, updates, and FAQs.
  • Maintain program SharePoint sites and internal resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Update invite-only partner lists and share changes with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and delivering partner and field training content.

Launch, Onboarding, and Offboarding

  • Support yearly investment launch, including partner onboarding and field nomination tracking.
  • Drive twice-yearly offboarding and onboarding cycles with structured communication and tracking.
  • Assist in drafting and refining the Investment Mini Guide and Terms & Conditions.



Requirements:

  • Project Management: Ability to manage cross-functional timelines and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Effective communication with field, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of operational risks.
  • Governance and Management Controls: Support policy enforcement and process adherence.
  • Accrual Management: Assist with monthly accrual inputs and accuracy.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Support communication strategy and readiness.
  • Rhythm of Business (ROB): Drive operational excellence through MBR, QBR, and business cadence by leveraging data and field insights to inform decisions and highlight trends.
