Affirma, five years in a row "Best Companies to Work For" and "Fastest Growing Companies" in Washington is seeking a detailed, customer focused Data Analyst to join our growing support team in Dublin. In this position you will work with global teams so communication and organizational skills are a must. In addition, you will be delivering white glove customers to executive level stakeholdersthe ideal person will be confident in holding meetings, working independently, and delivering status updates. High-level duties:
Drive down the backlog of support escalations from Partners, through data insights and reporting Assess new deals for automatic, manual, or hybrid implementation
Read agreements and create plans for operationalization
Determine root cause of each partner inquiry/disputes
Work with Tier 1 suppliers on how to respond back to the partners
Work with the internal technical teams to reprocess the data as needed to address the partner's disputes
Coach the Tier 1 teams on how to resolve certain types of tickets to prevent them from being escalated in the future
Update status reporting on the existing backlog
Act as a liaison with data engineering team to improve reporting and data quality control systems
Required Skill Set:
Very organized - ability to manage and track multiple requests
Problem solver - ability to reduce complex interactions to root cause
Tenacious and a self-starter
Resiliency and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced Outlook, Excel
Experience with Power BI
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
BS Degree or experience within a related field
Must be able to work in an office environment 5 days per week
