Job Description

Affirma, five years in a row "Best Companies to Work For" and "Fastest Growing Companies" in Washington is seeking a detailed, customer focused Support Analyst to join our growing support team in Dublin. In this position you will work with global teams so communication, and organization skills are a must. In addition, you will be delivering white glove customer to executive level stakeholders—the ideal person will be confident in holding meetings, working independently, and delivering status updates.

High-level duties:

  • Engage directly with stakeholders regarding compliance review, and quality control
  •  
  • Process support inquiries and escalations in a professional, supportive manner
  •  
  • Build and fulfill creative, on the spot reporting and quality control tasks
  •  
  • Maintain and improve Excel workbooks using macros and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  •  
  • Develop and manage queries, Wiki pages, and dashboards
  •  
  • Use knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, and Azure Dev Ops to provide internal technical support to the team
  •  
  • Analyze results of data for insights
  •  
  • Act as a liaison with data engineering team to improve reporting and data quality control systems
  •  

Required Skill Set:

  •  
  • Outside of the box thinker eager to use a combination of data analytics and logical, deductive reasoning to assist in process and procedure development and quality control
  •  
  • Strong customer-centric written and verbal communication skills
  •  
  • Attention to detail and an eye for clean data
  •  
  • Proven track record of high performance
  •  
  • Must be available to work varied hours and take meetings in PST hours as needed
  •  
  • Must be able to work in an office environment 5 days per week
  •

  • Azure DevOps knowledge
  •  
  • Hands on experience with Power BI
  •
