Currently we are seeking an Assistant Office Manager who organizes and coordinates administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. 

  • Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Schedule medical checks for employees
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Update internal databases
  • Review the benefits packages
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize events)
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures


  • Experience with Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Excellent attention to detail while multitasking
  • Able to prioritize, organize and carry out tasks within deadlines
  • Comfortable with learning new processes and programs
  • Integrity and credibility
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate
  • Punctual, independent and with a spirit of initiative
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and drive tasks through completion.
