Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with deep data analysis, insight development, excellent communications, presentation, and project management skills to join our team. The candidate will have experience working within a BPO type environment (claim validation, stakeholder query management, tracking and payments) and has strong experience analyzing and improving operational processes. The focus of the role will initially be on analyzing program data and existing processes before taking on the execution of redesigning processes. The team supports strategy improve Operational efficiency and Partner experience through simplifying and automating the Proof of Execution submission & validation landscape for Marketing Campaigns. We are a fast-paced, results oriented group that interacts with many internal organizations to ensure programs are operationalized with efficiency. 
The role requires deep experience in project business analysis in a large multinational business, broad marketing knowledge, and the ability to innovatively analysis whilst improving existing processes.
The candidate will be an excellent team player with a good process excellence experience. Candidate should possess a growth mindset, a passion for data, and a laser focus on process optimization through automation.

High Level Responsibilities:
  • Deep Data Analysis of existing fragmented operational processes and design a to-be process that aligns to global standard
  • Ability to analyze and normalize large, disconnected data sets to build requirements framework for global reporting
  • Project Manage Business Process Enhancements - Reviews, documentation, improvements, change requests. Business outsourcing team support
  • Requirements gathering, content creation, Visio mapping, process improvement
  • Lead the Reporting and Automation requirements for centralized reporting Document Project Issues & Risks and incorporate controls plan all up as each region transitions
  • Help build and manage continuous monitoring of these controls
  • Validate Continuous monitoring results and help adjust protocols and remediate failures
  • Creative thinker with exposure to “business ready” content creation
  • Stakeholder engagement to proactively facilitate projects and provide strategic engagement support
  • Contribute to the design, review and implementation of global programs and automated systems/tools
  • Manage relationships in complex stakeholder landscape (Operations, finance, compliance, sales, marketing) to improve business efficiencies. Collate feedback from virtual teams on various reporting and automation requirements
  • Lead Pilot & Project Reporting efforts -Status updates, Project Landscape, Milestone Delivery
  • Business Process – Reviews, documentation, improvements, change requests. Business outsourcing team support. Skills/Experience:
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical ability required
  • The candidate must have high attention to detail, can work both independently and as part of a team, and is comfortable working with ambiguous/undocumented processes.
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • SQL & PowerBI acumen to support the build of Reporting would be a plus
  • Experience of working in an operations/customer facing support environment a plus
  • Candidate must have excellent working knowledge of Office (Teams, Flow, Word, Advanced PowerPoint, Visio, Advanced Excel, and SharePoint
  • Passion for learning with the ability to ramp quickly, with a future thinking mindset focused on identifying problem areas, finding data to support assumptions and deliver information in a digestible format to key decision makers Core accountabilities required are as follows:
  • Analyzing and documenting Operational processes focusing on data insights to guide process improvement & automation initiatives

  • Required to work 5 days per week from the office
