What youll do:
Engage and assist in system repairs and new security construction
Coordinate and provide remote support for vendors involved in systems repairs
Oversee individual security vendor deliverables, track service delivery, and request corrective action from vendors as needed
Foster working relationships to educate physical security stakeholders on false alarm reductions
Extract and analyze metrics to improve physical security systems
Assist with development of strategies for improving electronic surveillance and access control
Draft reports and prepare presentations on the status of physical security systems
Assist with site audits
Assist with new technology research/testing
Ability to travel
Perform other work-related duties as requested. Omission of specific duties does not preclude the Physical
Security Technology Manager from assigning duties that are logically related to the position
Who you are:
Customer focused and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
2 + years physical security systems project management experience
2+ years access control programming experience
2+ years IP video management system programing experience
2+ years of project management experience
2+ years of Bluebeam/AutoCAD experience
2+ years hands-on experience installing/maintaining intrusion systems, access control systems, electric lock
hardware and IP camera systems
2+ years of basic network experience
A strong commitment and willingness to learn as well as share knowledge.
An ability to problem-solve and apply critical thinking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good judgement, attention to detail and knowledge of how to raise problems and offer solutions.
Experience interacting with other employees and working with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient digital literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Service Now, Adobe, Jira and SharePoint.
