In this role you will partner with our Sales team selling our service offerings while being the primary design advisor for your customers, and their technical advocate within Affirma. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a new challenge as well as partner your sales experience with your technical acumen. This role is based out of Northwest Arkansas.


Responsibilities

  •  
  • Partner with the sales and CEM team to build value with customers, present technical solutions and close new business.
  •  
  • Ability to field technical questions from customers in a confident, consultative manor.
  •  
  • Attend scoping calls with clients and ask detailed questions to partner the clients need with Affirma’s service offerings
  •  
  • Utilize your technical experience to architect a proposed solution based on the initial scoping effort
  •  
  • Build confidence with customers by confidently articulating your proposed solution while remaining responsive to immediate constructive feedback from the customer
  •  
  • Develop cost estimates detailing Affirma’s level of effort to complete a project
  •  
  • Work directly with Practice Leads to ensure alignment with strategic business development objectives
  •  
  • Attend “Rhythm of the Business” meetings with Practice Leads to provide updates and collaboratively determine direction of outstanding deals
  •  
  • Work with Project Delivery Team to “knowledge transfer” following deal close to ensure your proposed solution is understood by the project team
  •  
  • Ability to demonstrate Affirma’s service offerings to customers either on-site or remotely
  •  
  • Strong ability to collaborate and dynamic presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly Ability to be organized and analytical and will be able to eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches.

Requirements

  •  
  • 2-3 years related experience in a technical delivery or revenue generating role
  •  
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting a plus
  •  
  • Understanding or experience with Affirma’s Custom Development technologies and offerings a plus (C#, ASP.NET, SQL, etc.)
  •  
  • Strong communication skills
