Job Description:

• Development experience in Robotics process automation using RPA tools Uipath, Automation Anywhere, Nice, Pega etc
• Experience in VB script/ DoT NET
• Strong problem solving and analytics skills
• Contribute to SDD (Solution Design Document) and estimations for the given SOP's
• Contribute to peer code review and take responsibility of code quality of the BOT developed
• To independently automate the process detail provided in the SOP.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Contact centre is added advantage
