Are you a tax professional on PEI looking for a way to put your expertise to work without committing to a traditional full-time schedule year-round? This could be the perfect fit. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Preparer to join their team in Charlottetown, PEI, in a permanent part-time role that offers just 10 hours per week from June through December, with the opportunity to take on additional hours and earn overtime during the busy tax season from January through May.
If you have a strong background in personal tax preparation, enjoy working directly with clients, and take pride in getting the details right, this is an opportunity to make the most of your experience while enjoying a reduced schedule for much of the year. You'll join a friendly, established team that values accuracy, collaboration, and long-standing working relationships - with the flexibility of a seasonal workload that allows you to step back during the quieter months.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
Part-time compensation equivalent to $25,000 - $30,000 annually, depending on experience and progression into the role, plus paid overtime during tax season and annual bonus opportunities
