Job Description

Our professional-services client is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join their Stratford, PEI office on a contract basis.

As the first point of contact, you will create a positive and welcoming experience for clients and visitors while ensuring the front office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role offers the potential to transition to a permanent position based on performance and fit.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet clients and visitors at the reception desk
  • Maintain a tidy and professional office environment
  • Manage incoming mail and courier deliveries
  • Allocate meeting rooms and manage scheduling
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Experience & Attributes for Success:

  • Previous experience in a professional services (accounting or law firm, for example) practice is an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a client-focused mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic office environment
Wage: $25.00 –$28.00 per hour
