Job Description

Our client is seeking a full-time permanent Office Administrator.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to administer office operations efficiently. Key responsibilities include overseeing all office administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:

  • Performing day-to-day office operations and administrative duties
  • Answering phones and dispatching
  • Preparing documents such as contracts to clients, contractors, etc.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

 Experience & Attributes for Success:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills
  • Confident and professional approach
  • Must be fluent in English, reading, writing, speaking
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration or relevant experience.
