Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support their AP team in Moncton, NB. Key Responsibilities for the Job:

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy in payment records
• Analyze discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, and resolve inconsistencies
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices, statements, and payment records
• Support comparative analysis for expenses and budget variances
• Summarize and communicate findings to department leaders

Experience & Attributes for Success:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and skills
• Previous experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, or a similar analytical role is an asset
• Strong financial analysis and MS Excel skills 
• Bilingualism in French and English is a valuable asset
• Proficiency in computer systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and processes
• Dependable work ethic, with a commitment to accuracy and detail
• Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills
