Job Description:

The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
• Developing and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting tools
• Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules
• Guiding candidates through the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Preparing and extending offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Supporting diversity-focused recruiting initiatives and equitable hiring practices
• Providing regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
• Assisting with recruitment process improvements and special projects as needed

This position is contract-based and works on-site or in a hybrid capacity in Louisville, Colorado, depending on business needs.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or corporate roles
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently in a contract-based, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance best practices preferred
