Job Description:

A vibrant midsize West County law firm is seeking a Corporate Law Attorney with at least 4 years of experience to support its corporate and transactional caseload.

This role requires expertise in commercial contracts and managing these transactions from inception through closing.

The successful candidate will provide practical legal advice and case management to clients, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.


Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri State Bar
4 years of experience drafting contracts, managing corporate transactions
M&A experience preferred
