Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or a closely related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficient use of hand tools, air tools, and power tools for cutting, drilling, fastening, and assembly work.
  • Confident measuring skills, including reading a tape measure accurately to 1/16".

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency in all tasks.
  • Good communication skills to work effectively within a production team and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently, stand 8–10 hours per day, and regularly lift, flip, and turn large items.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in metal fabrication or industrial door manufacturing.
  • Background in crating, packaging, or logistics preparation for heavy or specialized products.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement practices.
