Join Our Team as a Crate Builder!

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Crate Builder Helper to join our growing team in Tulsa. In this role, you will construct custom wooden crates and shipping containers used to safely transport valuable products. If you have carpentry experience, can accurately read a tape measure, and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Build wooden crates and shipping boxes according to specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and fasten materials accurately
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and durability standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and production requirements

Requirements

Required Qualifications

✅ Previous carpentry experience

✅ Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure (testing required)

✅ Experience using hand tools and power tools

✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience building crates, pallets, or other wood packaging products

➕ Forklift operating experience
