Prefab Building Panel Finisher – Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Finish interior and exterior prefab panels to spec

• Read blueprints and follow measurements

• Cut, fasten, and finish materials using hand/power tools

• Prep surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching)

• Apply sealants, coatings, trim, and other finishes

• Work with the production team to hit daily goals

• Keep a clean, safe work area

What You Need

• Experience in construction or manufacturing finishing

• Comfortable with hand/power tools

• Able to read blueprints and layout drawings

• Strong measurement skills

• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic

• Safety‑focused mindset

• Must pass a drug test

Bonus Skills

• Masonry or concrete experience

• Carpentry or framing background

• Prefab/modular building experience

• Familiarity with industrial finishing materials
