CNC Lathe Operator (Night Shift)
Looking for a steady night-shift role with a 3-day weekend? We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator with Fanuc control experience to run production, handle offsets, and keep quality tight with minimal supervision.
Schedule & Pay

Hours: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM start (4x10-hour shifts)

Breaks: Two 10-minute breaks + 30-minute lunch | Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls efficiently.

Read blueprints and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.

Perform work/tool wear offsets and change inserts or basic tooling as needed.

Track part quality and make adjustments before dimensions drift out of tolerance.

Maintain complete inspection records and report any tooling or machine issues promptly.
Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.

Ability to inspect your own parts and make offsets independently.

Solid understanding of cutting tools and standard machining troubleshooting.

Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working with limited night-shift support.

Pluses: Setup experience or ability to make minor program edits.
