Job Description: The Mixing Room Technician operates an automated flour filling process by loading empty bags, activating the machine, and handling finished product. This role is hands-on and repetitive, focused on keeping production flowing efficiently. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with physical work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Place empty bags onto the filling machine and start the automated process
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper filling
- Move filled bags to the sealing machine
- Stack sealed bags onto tables or pallets
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and food production guidelines

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for full shifts
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Previous production or warehouse experience preferred
