Job Title: Staffing Recruiter

Location: Tulsa OK 74135
Days: Monday thur Friday
Hours: 8:00a-5:00p

About the Role: As a Permanent Staffing Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent placements, from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and onboarding support. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver qualified, well-matched candidates quickly and efficiently. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, candidate experience, and the overall success of the recruitment desk.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build strong talent pipelines for permanent roles.
* Conduct high-volume phone screens, video calls, and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and career goals.
* Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring accurate and timely updates on candidate status, notes, and job activity.
* Present qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries of strengths, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing thorough preparation and follow-up to both parties.
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and feedback on candidate submissions.
* Support onboarding coordination for placed candidates, including offer details, start dates, and initial documentation.
* Prioritize and manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously to meet deadlines and placement targets.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar people-focused role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated strength in phone-based engagement, with the ability to quickly build rapport and assess candidate suitability.
* Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and job requisitions.
* Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills, with the ability to ask targeted questions and evaluate both technical and soft skills.
* Solid computer literacy, including fast, accurate typing and confident use of web-based tools and job boards.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
* Strong client relationship management skills, with a professional, service-oriented approach.
* Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable Skills:
* Experience in permanent staffing within specific sectors (e.g., administrative, industrial, professional, or technical roles).
* Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other advanced search platforms.
* Background in high-volume recruiting or managing multiple requisitions across diverse job families.
* Exposure to onboarding processes, including coordination of pre-employment checks and documentation.
* Knowledge of local Tulsa labour market trends and talent pools.
