Job Description

A Tulsa-based company specializing in business products and workplace solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling, while also supporting local customer deliveries as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating a forklift, handling inventory, preparing shipments, and representing the company professionally during local deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
• Unload, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory
• Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment or customer delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Organize warehouse inventory and ensure products are stored safely and efficiently
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist with inventory replenishment and stock rotation
• Complete local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
• Load and unload products for customer deliveries
• Verify delivery orders for accuracy and obtain required documentation
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and traffic regulations

Requirements

• Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Knowledge of the Tulsa metro area
