PM HOUSEMAN
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: Days vary based on business needs. Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Employees will receive two consecutive days off when scheduled.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, service-minded PM Houseman to join our hotel team. This role is critical to maintaining guest satisfaction by supporting the housekeeping department, fulfilling guest requests, transporting linens, and ensuring guest areas and rooms are properly serviced.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, and the ability to follow established procedures. They must thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and maintain exceptional attention to detail while delivering outstanding guest service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping needs.
- Strip guest rooms and transport used linens to the laundry facility.
- Deliver items requested by guests, including linens, towels, amenities, and other supplies.
- Assist Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors with operational needs throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and service corridors.
- Communicate effectively with the Manager on Duty (MOD), Front Office Team, and housekeeping staff using a two-way radio.
- Prioritize and adjust daily tasks based on guest requests and operational demands.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Follow all hotel safety procedures, policies, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Experience in high-end hotel cleaning is highly desirable.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage when required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be able to follow directions, processes, and established procedures consistently.

- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to transport linen carts and housekeeping supplies throughout the property.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout an entire shift.
