Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

�� Hybrid Role | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
�� $60,000–$70,000 DOE

We’re seeking a highly organized and professional People Operations Coordinator to support employee travel coordination, onboarding, and HR administrative functions for a growing nationwide team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer and communication skills, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, hotels, and transportation for employees and teams nationwide
  • Monitor travel schedules and assist with changes or emergencies
  • Support onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel file management
  • Maintain employee data and records in company systems
  • Assist with job postings, licensing paperwork, and administrative HR tasks
  • Track travel costs and maintain organized reporting/documentation
  • Communicate with employees, vendors, and leadership professionally

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience with HR and/or travel coordination exposure
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills required
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Comfortable supporting after-hours or weekend travel needs when necessary
