Job Title: Valve Technician

Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74013
Days: Monday – Friday (some overtime and occasional travel may be required)
Hours: 6:00am - 3:30 (OT could be last minute up to 5:00pm)

Position Overview: A growing industrial service company in Broken Arrow is seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined Valve Technician to join their team. This position is responsible for inspecting, repairing, testing, and assembling various types of industrial valves including pressure relief, control, and process valves. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipment.

Job Responsibilities: 
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial valves
- Perform testing and calibration of valves according to industry standards
- Inspect valve components for wear, damage, and proper functionality
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Document repairs, inspections, and testing results accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with on-site field service work when required
- Ability to travel when the job requires it to

Qualifications: 
- Previous experience working with industrial valves, pumps, or rotating equipment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical diagrams
- Experience with pressure relief valves, control valves, or process valves is a plus
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to travel when the job requires it

Preferred Experience:
- Industrial maintenance or mechanical repair background
- Experience with ASME/API valve standards
- Experience working in oil & gas, refinery, power generation, or manufacturing environments
