Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Tulsa, OK, 74116
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:00AM-4:00PM 

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manufacturing Engineer to support production by developing accurate, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for components and assemblies
- Interpret customer specifications, blueprints, and CAD models to support production
- Provide accurate cost estimates for manufacturing, inspection, and outsourced processes
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing and inspection requirements for each job
- Ensure processes are clearly communicated to production and quality teams
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and specification-related issues with internal teams and customers
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure outsourced work meets required standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (engineering or estimating experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CAD software such as CATIA and/or SolidWorks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness to work on the production floor as needed to support troubleshooting and process improvements
