Job Title: DEBURR OPERATOR

Location: Tulsa OK
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:00AM-4:00PM 

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburr Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for removing burrs, applying surface finishes, and assisting with the assembly of aircraft components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sheet metal or machined parts and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and precision measurement.

Key Responsibilities
- Remove burrs from fabricated, machined, and manufactured parts
- Apply required surface finishes based on specifications
- Assist with assembly of aircraft components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use calipers and other measuring tools accurately
- Install rivets and understand proper installation techniques
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of deburring experience on fabricated or machined products
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience using calipers and measuring equipment
- Basic understanding of:
     Aircraft hardware installation
     Surface finishes
     Sheet metal assembly
- Basic math skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aircraft assembly
- Technical school training (a plus)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate equipment such as:
     Forklift
     Plasma cutter
     Drill press
     Grinders
     Welders
