Job Title: Manual Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Days: Monday - Thursday (OT on Friday occasionally)
Hours: 4:00am-2:30pm or 6:00am-4:30pm

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail- oriented Manual Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Manual Mill & Lathe machines to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate manual mill & lathe machines proficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges to ensure precision.
- Perform routine inspections on production parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Manual Machine (Mill & Lathe) Operator (2yrs).
- Proficiency with hand tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and reliability.
- Must show up to work on time and not have frequent call ins.
