Job Title: POWDER COATING

Location: Tulsa, OK, 74131
Days: Monday – Friday (some Saturdays required)
Hours: 5:00 AM – Until Finished (about 2:00pm)


Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Electrostatic Powder Coater to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating both automatic powder coating booths and hand-held powder coating guns to apply high-quality finishes to metal and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrostatic application processes and a strong commitment to producing durable, visually consistent coatings.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate automatic powder coating booths and manual spray equipment
- Apply electrostatic powder coatings to meet quality and production standards
- Prepare surfaces prior to coating (cleaning, masking, etc.)
- Monitor curing processes to ensure proper finish and durability
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Required Qualifications (MUST HAVES)
- Proven experience with electrostatic powder coating (wet paint experience alone will NOT be considered)
- Strong knowledge of powder types, curing processes, and surface preparation
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work instructions
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating automatic powder coating booths
- Stable work history
