OFFICE SUPPORT 

Location: Tulsa OK 74135
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00A-5:00P

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing and recruiting, as well as proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with staffing and recruiting tasks, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support office operations as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Experience in staffing and recruiting is a plus.
