Job Title: Quality Inspector- PRYOR
Location: Pryor, Oklahoma
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 6:00am – 2:45
Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our fast-paced CNC manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet strict quality standards through precise measurement, inspection, and data entry, supporting our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and CMMs.
- Verify dimensions and tolerances according to blueprints, technical drawings, and company standards.
- Document inspection results accurately and proficiently in the company’s ERP system.
- Identify and document non-conformances and communicate issues to production management.
- Support calibration of inspection equipment and maintain inspection records.
- Assist in root cause analysis of quality issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inspection area.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to input and manage data effectively within an ERP system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
