CNC Machinist

Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Overtime: Required as needed (including occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable CNC Machinist who can operate and monitor machines while maintaining strict quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to hold tight tolerances, and the capability to run multiple machines in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines
• Run multiple machines as required
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Perform in-process and final inspections
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Track jobs, inspections, and nonconformances in ERP
• Work with the team to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements (Must Meet All):

• CNC machining experience preferred
• Proficient with precision measuring tools
• Able to hold tight tolerances (±.003" typical, ±.0005" not uncommon)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable for performance and attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision
• Able to stand 8–10 hours, lift 40+ lbs occasionally, and work overtime as required to meet production demands

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience running multiple machines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
