Job Title: Night Shift Header Welding Supervisor

Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 4:00p-2:00a 

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Header Welding Supervisor to lead our header welding team at our Sapulpa facility. This position is responsible for supervising welders, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining high-quality welding standards in accordance with ASME code requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with box header fabrication and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the night shift header welding team to meet production schedules
- Ensure all welding operations meet ASME code and company quality standards
- Provide guidance, training, and support to welders and shop personnel
- Review blueprints, weld procedures, and job specifications
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality of finished welds
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA standards
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper welding techniques and procedures are followed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Box Header welding and fabrication
- Strong knowledge of ASME welding codes and standards
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a welding or fabrication shop preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership
