Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CNC/MANUAL Machinist to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC/MANUAL machines to produce precision machined parts used in custom metal fabrication and industrial enclosures.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC/MANUAL mills or lathes
- Edit and modify CNC/MANUAL programs as needed
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform tool changes and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Maintain quality and production standards

Requirements
- 5+ years CNC/MANUAL machining experience preferred
- Experience with setup, programming edits, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
