Senior Tool & Die Maker

Location: Catoosa, OK 74015
Days:  Monday – Thursday (3-day weekends!)
Hours:  5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tool & Die Maker to build, troubleshoot, and maintain progressive production dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauging to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer specifications and develop strip layouts

• Build, assemble, and troubleshoot progressive tooling

• Recommend tooling design modifications as needed

• Set up and operate manual machine tools (lathe, mill, grinder, etc.)

• Install and work with basic hydraulic and electrical components

• Perform precision inspections using micrometers, calipers, pin gages, thread gages, profilometers, etc.

• Operate CMM and/or optical comparator

• Maintain tooling documentation and records

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience building and maintaining progressive dies

• Strong troubleshooting and tool build experience

• Experience with tight tolerances and precision measurement

• Ability to independently machine and fit components

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
