Job Title: Swing Driver

Location:  Tulsa, OK, 74107
Days: Monday-Saturday
Hours: Midnight to 3am start time until all work is done

Job Description:  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Swing Driver to operate front-load and rear-load equipment efficiently and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be safety-oriented, punctual, and able to handle the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities:
- Operate front-load and rear-load equipment efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Prioritize safety at all times.
- Be a self-starter and detail-focused in all tasks.
- Complete all pre and post-trip documents accurately and submit them to the office.
- Properly fill out paperwork/tablet information related to routes and extra dumps.
- Be punctual for scheduled start/finish/customer times.
- Report any unsafe conditions before or after dumping containers.
- Wear required uniforms and dress appropriately for the job.
- Represent the company courteously and professionally to the public.
- Open and close gates when rolling out containers as needed.

Physical Requirements:
- Operate vehicles in various weather conditions from early morning to late afternoon.
- Tolerate unpleasant odors associated with waste handling.
- Repeatedly climb in and out of the truck cab and body.
- Safely roll out containers on casters (2‑ to 4‑yard sizes).
- Bend, stoop, squat, and perform general physical movements required for the job.
- Walk on slippery or uneven surfaces as needed.

Skills and Other Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B driver’s license with an up‑to‑date medical card.
- Strong attendance record with reliable, punctual work habits.
- Adherence to all company policies, including safety and drug‑free workplace requirements.
- Good judgment, common‑sense decision‑making, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
