Job Title: Quality Control Inspector – Weld / Header Fabrication

Location: Sapulpa, OK 74066
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 6:00a-4:00p 

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position focuses on inspecting welds and fabricated components used in box headers and air-cooled heat exchangers. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, welding knowledge, and experience inspecting fabricated headers to ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards.

This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship in a production environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect welds and fabricated components to ensure they meet quality and engineering specifications
- Verify header layouts and fabrication accuracy on box headers and exchanger components
- Perform welding inspections to confirm compliance with required standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
- Document inspection results and communicate any quality issues to production teams
- Assist with maintaining quality control standards throughout fabrication processes

Requirements: 
- Experience building headers (REQUIRED)
- Welding inspection experience (REQUIRED)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Welding background or welding knowledge
- Experience with headers or air-cooled heat exchangers preferred
- Knowledge of ASME code preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Entry-level QC inspectors may be considered with related experience and will start at a lower rate with training provided.

Work Environment
- Non-climate controlled manufacturing facility
- Exposure to loud noise, dust, fumes, and particles
- Safety equipment provided: gloves, safety glasses, and ear plugs

Dress Code:
Jeans, long sleeve t-shirt, steel-toe boots. No shorts and no open-toed shoes
