Absolute Jobs is currently seeking a well rounded Diesel Technician to fill an opening with a company located in Kieler, WI. The ideal candidates should have experience working with service and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and vehicles.

Requirements of the Diesel Technician:

• Minimum (4) years prior experience with complex diagnostics as well as overall commercial vehicle repair
  
  • Experience with diagnostics procedures software and tools
• Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Have their own hand tools
• Experience with emissions 
• Experience with Reefers
• Pass a Background check / drug test / clean drivers license

Responsibilities of the Diesel Technician:

• As a Diesel Technician, you will spearhead the Service Department's efforts to accurately and efficiently perform diagnostic repair of customers' commercial vehicles
• Provide accurate diagnosis and essential repair of commercial vehicles, fleet, diesel trucks, tractor-trailer, etc.
• Communicate effectively with the parts department and service office
• Operate under supervision of the Service Manager
• Company provides training for development of diagnostic skill set
