Supermarket Rack Refrigeration Technician

We're looking for an experienced Supermarket Rack Refrigeration Technician to service and maintain commercial refrigeration systems. If you have hands-on experience with supermarket rack systems and enjoy troubleshooting complex refrigeration equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Rack Refrigeration

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain supermarket rack refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration issues and restore equipment to peak performance.
• Monitor and adjust subcooling and superheat.

Commercial Refrigeration

• Service walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Repair reach-in coolers and refrigerated cases.
• Maintain chillers and other commercial refrigeration equipment.

Installation & Repairs

• Braze and pipe fit refrigeration systems.
• Flush systems before repairs or replacements.
• Repair refrigerant leaks and replace components as needed.
• Follow EPA guidelines for refrigerant handling.

Experience:

Required

• Supermarket rack refrigeration experience.
• Strong understanding of subcooling and superheat.
• Experience servicing walk-ins, reach-ins, coolers, and chillers.
• Experience with brazing, pipe fitting, and system flushing.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/R principles.
• EPA Certification.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently.
