Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on testing and validation of electrical and electronic equipment in an engineering lab environment
• Operate and troubleshoot common lab instruments including Digital Multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, and related electrical test equipment
• Support engineering teams with test setup, execution, and data collection
• Assist in testing activities involving electrical components and systems
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure proper calibration, and follow safety and lab procedures
• Document test results and support basic reporting activities
• Provide hands-on support for engineering investigations and product validation efforts
• Willingness to learn and support testing involving thermal chambers, vibration testing, and data acquisition systems (training will be provided)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is not required
• Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field is acceptable
• Candidates with practical hands-on experience are strongly encouraged to apply, including:
• Field technicians
• Military technical backgrounds
• Industrial or laboratory technicians
• Experience requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience without a degree
• 1–3 years of relevant experience with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with electrical lab equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a lab and test environment
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable following test procedures and safety standards
• Basic documentation and data recording skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset
