What You’ll Do

Set the Engineering Vision

• Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with business goals and long-term growth plans
• Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to drive accountability and results
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to ensure competitive advantage

Build & Lead High-Performing Teams

• Recruit, develop, and mentor top engineering talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance to leaders and individual contributors
• Optimize team structure, capacity, and resources to meet evolving business needs

Drive End-to-End Project Excellence

• Oversee the full engineering lifecycle—from concept and design through execution and delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and resolve complex technical and execution challenges

Collaborate & Influence Across the Business

• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to senior leadership, customers, and external partners
• Represent the engineering organization with confidence and credibility

Provide Technical Leadership

• Maintain a strong technical foundation and hands-on understanding of engineering best practices
• Lead the resolution of critical technical issues and guide architectural and technology decisions

What You Bring

Experience & Education

• Accredited Engineering degree (required)
• 20+ years of progressive engineering experience, including senior leadership roles
• Proven success leading complex, high-impact engineering programs and teams
