Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyze Scrap and Rework Data
• Lead internal 8D Problem Resolution
• Assist with containment of Supplier Quality Non-Conformances
• Work with the Small Business Team to lead and improve internal Quality
• Internal Quality- Fabrications/Machining

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelors or Masters in an Engineering Field
• 5 to 10 years experience.

Required  Skills:

• Able to facilitate small team in the 8D problem solving process
• Minitab
• Knowledge on Fabrication
