Job Description

ARi is looking for a Quality Deployment Engineer at  Skokie- IL to develop the Quality system .This Person should holds Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering with 3+ years of strong manufacturing Process knowledge and the facility Quality deployment functions.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• This position will act as critical Production and Engineering support, and must have an in depth understanding of Metrology, GD&T , PPAP , Engineering Evaluations ,etc.
• He has to assess the current condition and to deploy the quality system across the facility
• Should have the Good Machining
• Good understanding of the Process Capability Studies , Random Sampling , Custom Evaluations etc . using a combination of metrology equipment.
• Actively Participate in defining strategies to meet the quality objectives .
• Good Knowledge on Machining and Manufacturing Processes , Gauging system .
• Hands on experience in the Quality system deployment at the manufacturing facility .
• Good Decision Making and Team building .
• Excellent Communication Skill is must. 

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or manufacturing engineering 
• 3+ Years of relevant experience. 
• NO Visa sponsorship available.
